Guidelines for Free Paper Presentation
- Each presenter will be allotted 10 minutes: 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
- Strict adherence to the allotted time is mandatory.
- Presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) format.
- Maximum slides permitted: 3 slides.
- Slides must be in Landscape Orientation (16:9 preferred).
- Animations, videos and audio are not permitted.
- The presenting author must remain present during the assigned session.
- Participants must be registered with the East Zone Indian Psychiatric Society and conference.
E-Poster Presentation Specifications
- Each E-poster will be displayed for a maximum of one hour.
- Posters will be displayed on a 42-inch LCD screen.
- File format: PowerPoint (PPT) only.
- Maximum file size: 1–2 MB.
- Maximum slides permitted: 3 slides.
- Slides must be in landscape orientation (16:9 preferred).
- Animations, videos and audio are not permitted.
- Each slide must include a clear title.
- Poster should include: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion & Acknowledgments.
- Recommended font size: 26–36 points.
E-Poster Display Screen Should Include
- Topic of the symposium
- Sub-topics
- Names of respective speakers
- Author details and contact information
